omg, I been binding for so long and always foded every page individually because it came out crooked when I tried folding multiple, I NEVER thought about usinga a lid or something to help make it straight, you are a genius

I use Reedsy. Itโs pretty straightforward and doesnโt feed to AI. You can paste in fanfic chapters, set the page size, put chapter breaks, choose your font, decide if you want dropcaps etc, and it does your table of contents etc. Itโs pretty simple/not fancy, but if you set it to digest size you can print onto a letter page two-up and get yourself an 8.5x5.5 book ready to bind.

I work in printing and, not meaning to brag, but Iโm great at folding paper as I have folded an uncountable number of sheets. Never once have I thought to use a dang box.
