i tell myself that im over it, that i've accepted that the period where i would find myself crying and searching for my mom is long gone and that's okay. But it's not okay. i still search for my moms shadow back when she loved me in every single mother and daughter that i would come across on the street. i still grieve on our relationship thinking of what could've been if nothing had gone wrong, or if i would ever figure out what had gone wrong. I just wanted mama to see me, love me, and for even once...chose me. these days we don't even talk to each other anymore, but i just wanted to tell her i love her and i wish her health and happiness, even if im not there. Not that she would even want me to be in her future anyways..
