Y’all don’t understand that she had cancer… so, sure, for US it was out of the blue but what are the odds that SHE had no idea what her prognosis was or that her time was nearing? Of course she did. She planned every step of her departure, including her final posts, who would deliver the news, and how. Dolly was a smart lady, and she LOVED her fans- of COURSE she left us with something poignant to remember us by.
