Chris Hemsworth did in my opinion a amazing Job in Transformers One. Why not give him s chance to voice a younger Optimus? For a older Optimus we have Garry Chalk who was also amazing in my opinion in Cybertron, Energon and Armada. There are many options that can carry on Peter Cullen's legacy.

The reason I’m fine with Vader is becusss his actor said multiple times he was fine with it and was happy his voice would be resonated with the character for ever. That is the only situation I think it’s ok for ai to voice the character but I still wouldn’t be opposed to a recast
