trust me, try using just azelaic acid 15%, or you can combine it with adapalene. Vanicream facial cream and a gentle facial cleanser. the only thing that worked on my long-standing acne

I had dark spots and pimples all I did was take doxycycline for 2 months then tret sandwich method 3 times a week at night and azeliac acid every morning with sunscreen and most of the spots went obv wtill get some small pimples but nothing bad

never pop acne or it'll leave a blemish it's better to just leave it alone and wash ur face overrtime your pimple will go down takes patience id rather have a pimple then deal with weeks getting rid of one blemish

brotherrrr, dont use other exfoliants while on tret, eg. salicylic acid and benzyl peroxide. Just use tret itself while on a good moisturizer and sunscreen
