Apparently being slim is a problem for people too. I have my entire life should lay ears to: “why don’t you put on weight?” “You are so thin!”, “you should eat more, eat more unhealthy etc…” Like come on! It’s just the way I look. I would never say to a person “you are so fat - you should eat less.” Couldn’t we just normalise not body shaming each other? Everyone is build different and that’s okay. ❤️

I was 67 kg , am 161 cm tall. People around me kept saying ( you are chubby you need to lose weight) i was so happy with how i look , i like it a lil bot curvy , but they made me realize it is not , today im 91 kg , and starting to realize how stupid they were to make me hate my body ..

I was at a workshop and someone asked if “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and someone else had the stunning response of how beauty isn’t seen but is felt and heard and tasted and sensed it made me realize how reductive it is to think of bodies on a binary beauty scale ❤️
