See that’s what I’m saying teachers behind closed doors. You don’t know what they’re doing to your children and they always wanna point fingers that is the child’s fault. Is the child doing wrong? No, it’s actually the teachers that are doing wrong and then they want to sit here and cry we don’t get paid enough to do this job or maybe go find another job then that pays more that’s why I think that they should be camera cameras in the classrooms not just in the hallway is not out in the parking lot. They should be them in the classroom so it covers everything because realistically teachers do a hell of a lot wrong than students.

Why couldn't they just say to her that the substitute teacher had been permanently dismissed when she first arrived? They could have de-escalated it so much more quickly. A mama bear does not want to go into an office. She just wants to know this substitute teacher was taken care of. Instead, they choose to use this power play bull-💩 and want to attempt to calm her down first, when they could have calmed her down immediately with the words, "she was fired."

The problem was dealt with. The person lost their job. At this point what else can be done? The parent can file charges for assault because spitting on someone is assault. When a law enforcement officer tells you to leave you got to leave or you end up in handcuffs.

Administration is the problem. They don't want any issues made public, they protect themselves and don't care about the staff, though they act like they do

At a school not far from where I live, a kindergarten child, went home and told his parent something that was not factual. The parent went up to the school, got the daycare person to open the door for her, went to the teachers classroom, and slammed the teachers head repeatedly into a filing cabinet. The childadmitted, afterward, that he was not truthful with his parent. This is why law enforcement gets called when a parent will not agree to sit down with the administrator and calmly discuss the situation.
