Unfortunately the flare jeans are only available in 32L atm which is such a shame, but they have baggy jeans in 28L and 30L. 28L is perfect for me as I’m 5ft. I managed to get some urban outfitters flare jeans in 28L on Vinted which are an old style they fit perfectly lengthwise but are too long around the waist, wish they just continued to stock flare jeans in 28L
