Her passenger was Daniel Waterman, who was the soul mate to his small cousins, Jett and Stevie. Even at 11 years apart- it was an immediate bond. After the crash Daniel was resuscitated and fought to stay alive. He was able to tell investigators exactly what happened in that car. Daniel was no match for the injuries he sustained. He ended up succumbing to complications caused by the crash. Leigha Mumby is finally being forced to attend court after a grueling 18 months. This made me cry I lost someone who watched me grow up until I was 19 he was taken away from me he was crossing the road when a truck and trailer hauling horses struck him stating it was his fault when he waited for it to pass but the truck with the trailer hauling horses swerved towards him hitting him throwing his body 50 feet away from where he was struck he never got the justice he deserved, till this day it hurts and it’s been 13 years since that happened and there were witnesses that saw EVERYTHING but still chose to side up with the person who killed him praying that’ll never happen to Daniel Waterman I hope he gets the justice he deserves and I hope she gets punished to the fullest because no one deserves to feel this type of pain because I had and it’s hard no matter how much time passes for me it never is the same but each day I try my hardest for the sake of my boys I talk about him with them and they wished they met him but all I can do is show pictures and memories of him and it’s hard but praying that Daniel gets the justice he deserves even though I wish he was still alive because I see he is sooooo loved but sadly just because of someone’s jealousy and hatred his life was taken away from his loved ones 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
