I can see what you’re saying in a way, I’ve actually done every single thing you’ve mentioned 😂, but yea, I had to build myself again, build new routine, new habits, and now 9 months later I’m a different, person. So the part I don’t condone with you is there is nothing wrong with building yourself again, the incident showed you your weaknesses, how grounded we were not, so we become grounded. honestly it was the best thing I’ve been through cuz I doubt I’d have been man I am now if it wasn’t for her leaving.
