@erin_fein_realestate1: My wife and I went to check this one to see if it would be a good fit for us. We looked at the listing and thought ok - we can duplex up and duplex down! You can do this, in theory, with a nice chunk of change and time and energy. To us, it needed an addition (short lot, short building) it needed the top floor to be popped up (it’s very short - you’ll see in the video) and to really do it, you’d have to dig the basement with underpinning ($$$) So it ended up being a little above our paygrade. It is a land marked building so whoever does buy it, cannot tear it down. I really hope whoever buys it does it justice.

Keep the sink, I found this one, sanded it down, repainted it with tub & tile epoxy paint. I had a new base built for it, new faucet. It's my favorite thing in my house🥰

Bob Rosen :

Needs an upgrade...but what a treasure ..you could refurbish those stoves and use them.

I need that sink for my kitchen remodel

If I had it like that I would just raise the ceiling up, fortify the bones, and restore everything else.
