Few things wrong with this video. First of all vegan diets are generally cheaper. 2nd of all you can get all nutrients on a vegan diet. finally, the "single mother on minimum wage trying to feed her kids" example he used probably isn't gonna be getting he kids all the nutrients anyway. The idea that an omnivorous diet is adequate even if it's just frozen pizza is disingenuous. A good diet takes planning, vegan or not

This is just not true, many studies sugest that a vegan diet is generaly cheaper. To be honest the price of egs and meet has gone up, or at least in my country, and vegetables are olmost always cheaper than meet o fish.

The thing is is that look at other countries like look at North Korea they eat nothing with rice and vegetables all the time just fruits and bats and like and they literally say that means is literally a luxury for people in like Korea or Japan or North Korea Korea, South Korea there are so many countries out there that say meat as luxury and vegetables are more common so actually I don’t know what you’re talking about me it’s actually not always is a luxury like me in many countries or luxuries or vegetables and many countries or luxuries so you can go to like an expensive country and still have meat be just too expensive
