Bei einem Sackloch gehört das loctite in die Bohrung bei einem Durchgangsloch auf die Schraube. Hab ich bei einer Schulung von loctite gelernt

The physics of bolts is quite interesting, and it is only the first inch of the bolt that does the actual work. So the one on the right is the clear winner. Even though the one on the left seems to have more red.

Usually hole is enough but put on one extra drop on the bolt and you are extra secure. Dont hope to get it out again without a major strugglefight though

I think would be great idea if you use the same dinamometric tu put it and later check what bolt it's harder to remove (sorry my English, can't explain better)

easy. two drops in the hole, one or two on the bolt (one at the tip one at half threads) and fone.
