I don’t understand this new trend at festivals where only vip get to access the front of the stage. It used to be the sides of the stage or a special lifted viewing area.. like what’s the point of buying a regular ticket and rushing the barrier/camping out all day if you’re still always gonna be in the middle?

i think it's funny how many people hate separate pits. in Denmark we had deaths at a festival, and since then we split pits. you have to stand in a que at 8 in the morning to get tickets for the evening show. it's a lot safer for everyone

To be fair, at most festivals, the Pit is a more expensive option. Bonnaroo is the only fest I’ve been to, that allows it to be first come first serve for pits
