And eat plenty of nutrient dense animal foods, nose to tail, from land + sea. These supply the micronutrients, fats, + cholesterol your body needs to create robust + resilient skin that converts UV to vitamin D with ease. Note that overconsumption of omega-6 fats (seed oils, nuts) are associated with increased sensitivity to sunburn.
