@shandongboss001: Last time, I took you to the top of these 150,000 m³ crude oil tanks. Now we're back—and the tank farm has entered the large-scale installation stage for piping, pumps, and valves. This is a large crude oil storage project, with each tank being a 150,000 m³ double-deck external floating roof crude oil tank. Building a tank farm doesn't end when the tank shells are completed. Extensive process piping, pumps, valves, and supporting systems still need to be installed before individual tanks become part of a complete storage and transfer system. Internationally, these tanks are commonly known as Crude Oil Storage Tanks, External Floating Roof Tanks, Double-Deck Floating Roof Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST), Field-Erected Tanks, or API 650 Tanks. For our large tank projects, we commonly use factory prefabrication + field erection. Steel plates and components are prefabricated, marked, and packed at the factory before being transported to the project site for erection.
