damn I'm in the UK with a type 1 diabetic brother, seen 300 and was like WTF HOW IS SHE NOT SEVERELY UNWELL?!? turns out we measure it differently here and 300 equates to 15 here 🤣

My T1D kid thanked me for changing the pump while they were playing videos games! Didn’t even notice until I was finished. I told them no problem I am just pancreas mom over here. I am sad there will have to come a day where they take all this mental load. Knowing how much it is hurts my heart.

My mom took my phone witch controls my insulin pump and dex so at dinner I just didn’t mention it and let the downfall play out and let her deal with it 🥹
