@hannahsykesburch: ultimate cozy fall dinner 🍂🧺 we made this 3x within a week btw — INSANE recipe that I got from @@Made by Molly recipe: chop 6 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 yellow onion, 2 whole carrots, and 2–3 cloves garlicinto tiny pieces and set aside. brown 3/4 lb italian sausage in a pot, then remove it and set aside. add 1 tbsp butter to the same pot, then sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic until softened. sprinkle in 1 tbsp GF flour and mix everything together. pour in 1 cup chicken broth, followed by 1 cup heavy cream, stirring as you go. season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. once the sauce is simmering, add 1 package GF gnocchi and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes. once gnocchi is cooked, add the 6 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, cooked italian sausage, and 1 handful spinach. mix everything together and serve! ##EasyRecipe##Dinnerldeas##healthyrecipe##healthy##mealideas
