So glad I read the books. They nuked everything to reset the world. The nano machines are only in the area of the silos, to control that area. Outside of that area it’s green and Juliette finally gets out with a few others and makes it to the green area.

Are the other silos even operable or have people in them? All we’ve seen and heard about in both timelines are silo 1, 17 and 18. I find it funny they were only touring those silos as well, seems odd.

They filmed season 3 and 4 back to back so have faith. Episode 9 annoyed me as well. 😂 But since the 4th season is the last I have hope they'll tie up these loose ends. This show is so damn good and has earned that. Also, watch foundation. Paradise. Severance. So many good shows out!!!!

Here’s my theory about silos 2-6: Camille foreshowed this with her proposal to Juliette. All department heads would keep their memories during the transition until it was time for them too to forget. Silo 1 works with the other 5 to control the other silos. They are the administrative silos their citizens are probably aware of the other silos and their histories. This connects to my other theory that the voice in the screen is not a single AI or person but basically a glorified call center. That’s why there’s always someone available they have people in this silo doing shifts telling the others what to do
