Spent time on both of them, the Okanagan blows Muskoka out of the water. I'm sorry we're not even mentioning Kalmalka lake, which is probably the most beautiful lake in Canada. Property values don't automatically mean more beautiful or a nicer place to be....its not that black and white 😂

Not a particularly serious comparison. Lake Okanagan is the better lake — warmer, better boating, substantially larger, better weather. Lake Joseph is a blast for other reasons, but it's the lesser lake unless you want to island hop. Property values, sure — Lake Joe wins.

Yeah dude your little lake house community is nice but you cant even compare to anywhere in the west. Muskoka is strictly a wealthy community while kelowna has a population of all incomes. This is like comparing Vancouver to Cuba

There is a secret in Canada called Cambridge Narrows New Brunswick. Only fresh water waterway that has ocean access. Beautiful lake system
