I have a story for something I experienced this raqi came from Pakistan apparently he heals people and my brother has epilepsy which is something that cannot be cured but my grandad took us to him he was mumbling and doing this weird pattern thing with his thumb on his arm and after he brought oil and spat and it and put paper that had something on it into the oil and he said to my brother rub it over your body everyday once in the morning and then during the time of Maghreb and then he said get meat and bury it in a graveyard I was really concerned on how gullible the people were to believe that kind of guy may Allah protect us from people like that Ameen

I went to one ustadh I told him my problems and he asked me if there's a dream that ive dream more often and I told him that I barely have dreams or when I dream I dont remember the dreams. he read the ruqya while putting misk in my nose and then I start coughing and vomiting, he does this three times. he said I have hasad and gives me orange water which he says he recited quran in it and another bottle of water for bathing.

I’ve thought of this question for a while. If these magicians cure magic with magic. Does it actually work ? What benefit does it give them and if it’s haram, why would it work? Does it cause harm afterwards for the person being cured? . Because if some people in desperate need wants help and even tho they know it is haram but know it will work they will be wanting to do it out of desperation and fear. What actually happens when they cure the magic?
