I make something similar at home. It's very easy! Get a cedar plank and soak it all day. Add your salmon to the plank, and brush with butter, squeeze some lemon and top (generously) with McCormick Cajun spice. Place on grill (about 15 to 20 min. depending how well cooked u like your salmon at around 375/400) or cook in the oven on a sheet pan. I make a lemon cream sauce but u can do any. I also top with a corn salsa mixture on top of the salmon but this optional. I seve with roasted broccoli and jasmine rice. The corn salsa is fresh corn (frozen thawed is fine too), shallots, & Serrano pepper. Sautéed till almost corn is golden, add Serrano, and shallots. At end mix with cilantro and fresh lime. It's ALWAYS good! Enjoy!😘
