My husband and I took our daughter to the pediatrician the day after we came home. They told me to undress her to a diaper and when I unzipped her pajamas she didn’t have one on 😭 the nurse laughed and said “rough first night?”

I forgot the diapers like 3 times before 😮💨😮💨😮💨 literally that first month we had to keep coming back and i literally never went anywhere hardly and kept forgetting this time i put like 12 in the bag lol

Not all the perfect parents in the comments 😂 I CANT STAND YALL, swear they be lying on here trying act like they never forgot anything in their life. They find any reason to shame a mother it’s sick, I had twin newborns and a 2 year old some time ago, I made it a point to pack my diaper bag and leave it by the door, me and my kids dad have both walked out and forgotten it, putting all the babies in the car or stroller and what not and thinking one of us already grabbed it we definitely left the house without it, my tip is, get two diaper bags and pack one for ur car that stays in ur car, if u have a stroller get a little clip on bag attachment and store some stuff in there too. We all forget stuff sometimes and no one’s perfect, especially those first few weeks, mothers are sleep deprived, healing, and having major brain fog that’s only affected more by the lack of sleep. Anyone shaming in the comments needs to stfu bc I promise u they are not perfect.
