You didn't slander all nail techs, and you are not responsible for the world, you spoke YOUR opinion at the business YOU had your nails done. If you know you provide good customer service as a nail tech then no need to worry, good lord. Let me tell you about my experience with a cashier at Walmart and a cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart, doesn't mean all cashiers do not provide good customer service. I have observed that good customer service in a lot of stores have gone down the toilet, just saying.

yes, I understand what you say. I think the nail tech is too busy you could have told her to stop and book appointment with her.. NO ONE CAN SAVE TWO MASTERS AT A GIVEN TIME.....
