Lol, the Collie energy. I had a very motivated Collie at a sheep herding workshop literally rip some of his paw pads off on the mowed thistle stems in the paddock. He didn't so much as flinch until the sheep were penned, then he started limping. Of course he almost immediately chewed off the bandages too.
