The Fish & Chicken are cooked in separate vats due to the different cooking temperatures. Due to the high possibility of cross contamination with other non permissible foods makes it Mutanajis.

@sonia.arooj8: Yes and they only change or put new filter pad for chicken and once. They filtered chicken oil first,were all chicken crumbs sitting down in the filter pad and then in the same filter pad they filtered the fish oil. Same process in USA as well.

I work at McDonald’s and I often do Maintenance shifts as well. We have separate fryers for Chicken and for Fish/Pies. However, when the oil needs to be filtered and changed, the oil from the different fryers is drained into the same pan/container, which is normally used for the Chicken fryer oil. As a result, the oils from the different fryers can become mixed together during the filtering process.

The oil is separate, but when you fry the chicken, its bits fall into the fish oil too and who us making fish burger they use the same gloves while the making chicken beef or pork sandwich same gloves and some time they se same frying gril

Hes talking about chicken which is not halal ( zabeha) so if the chicken is not properly zabeh the oil in which it is cooked bcm mutanajis and then the fish cooked in it will qlso be haram
