they steal your money when they can't find drivers, id just use door dash. you get something back. even when you ask about the cancellation fee you get no answer. just we canceled your order. I'm interested to see how many people have had this experience. I should just boycott the whole est. when I was told.

Worst customer service I have yet encountered is your app. I’m reporting a food safety issue who might get health sick who would order the same food, but instead of solving the “inconvenience” in reporting an issue through your app, you guys just don’t take it seriously and ends the live chat to transfer to “support specialist team” that says “will get back to you 6-12hours.”
