if room sizes are similar split it evenly, if there is a significant difference in bedroom sizes then adjust to a fair number, it doesnt have to be complicated

makes sense, each person pays for their own spaces and everyone splits the cost of shared spaces, if someone has more money they can take a bigger bedroom and pay more for it because they can meanwhile someone who can't pay as much just takes a smaller room and saves a little bit

Somewhat disagree. A bedroom that’s the same size as another but with an attached private bath as opposed to a detached private bath should fetch a premium. And this doesn’t factor in anything such as view, location within the unit, layout, etc

$4000/3 is is $1333. 1 person got there own bathroom so 2 people sharing pays less so $1250 seems about right. And master pays $1500. That’s how I woulda done it and seems fair.
