I feel you! Lost my ex 12/22/19. Our girls were on Christmas break from their freshman and senior years in HS, our son was 23. We did a great job coparenting and talked almost daily. Then that Sunday morning he died at the grocery store. The anniversary sucks, Christmas will never be the same. But it NEVER ends. You carry it better, manage the hits with Kleenex in the car, etc. sending hugs to you!

I haven’t seen one of your posts for a while and suddenly this came up. Again thank you. I agree with your insights and I’m really starting to understand that I will carry my grief for the rest of my life. I’m now ok with that and maybe my loneliness will get better maybe not, but I’m ok with that too. 💙💙💙
