I would definitely make sure you call on every pickup day because this is gonna be his new tactic and I would document every time he tries to do something like this. At some point hopefully he decides he needs to love his kids more than he wants to hurt you. If I was his wife I would be pissed at how much time and effort he is spending trying to mess with you.
