Stir in potatoes + broth. Boil → simmer 15–20 min (fork-tender). 6. Lower heat, stir in half & half + heavy cream (don’t boil). Add cheddar + Parmesan, stir until melted. (Optional) Whisk protein powder into ½ cup warm broth → stir in. 7. Remove from heat, whisk in Greek yogurt. 8. Season with spices, adjust to taste. 9. Stir most bacon back in. 10.
