honey stardew is so fun i swear just stick to it. for the crows you need to craft a scarecrow. they have a radius of effect but if you put one right next to your field it will be fine and no more crows :) once you have a bit more money buy a better fishing rod and a trap bobber and fishing will be much easier (though still a learning curve). if you have any questions feel free to ask. im now on my third playthrough of stardew :)

rrreeeaallll 😭 Stardew takes waaayyy too much planning and wiki reading, and THE FISHING 🤯🔫 I find Graveyard Keeper is brilliant, funnier and progresses a lot better but the days move very quickly, also there's no romance or approval mechanics it's more plot based so less socially stressful I guess haha 💀🥳 and Sun Haven is delightful, very easy to set up some automated farming or fishing to have enough money to explore the plot and characters however there's waaayyy too much to do lol which is so not a problem it's impressive I would just say max out what you want to do in one town before visiting another because you will get given another farm over there and that gets overwhelming if you're not expecting it 😅 I looove that characters are easy to befriend and romance and as long as you don't propose to anyone you can date as many people as you like and as a polyamorous gamer that makes me so happy 😘😆✨
