Maybe for the first date sure, but honestly I think finding the right guy means you don’t have to worry about texting or calling first. No games, it’s all just super easy and natural. When my husband and I first started dating, we talked almost every day. Because we enjoyed each other so much. No chasing.

My mom drilled this into us growing up! When you really like a guy you need a mom telling you to shape up lol! My hubby pursued me for 4 months before we even went on a date, it’s better when they’re obsessed first! (But I’m obsessed now of course haha just got married this year❤️)

I agree with not moving in with someone before marriage. I lived with a bf for about 3 years but I knew he wasn’t the one so I wasn’t to worried about it. When we broke up, I was ready to meet my husband and I was not going to move in with anyone until marriage. I met my now husband about 1 year later and moved in together after marriage. He proposed after 2 years together.

So so true! Happily married now and learned all these lessons the hard way in my 20s and early 30s! Especially NEVER EVER cohabitate with a man unless you’re engaged with a ring and a wedding date. ❤️
