@coach__bm: 1. My forearms exploded in size. Holding your entire body weight for time forces your grip and forearms to adapt. They look thicker and more vascular than ever before. Grip strength is real strength. 2. My lower back pain completely disappeared. Hanging allows your spine to decompress naturally. It creates space between your vertebrae and releases tension you didn’t even know you had. Decompress for relief. 3. My shoulder mobility improved dramatically. The passive stretch opens up your chest and lats. My overhead movements feel smoother and I have zero impingement now. Open up your frame. This is a must do before every workout for me now. 4. I “seem” noticeably taller. It pulls your shoulders back and down, reversing the desk hunch” from sitting all day. I stand taller without even trying. Stand tall, look better. 5. My pull-up strength went through the roof. Because my grip is no longer the weak link, I can focus entirely on my lats. I added 5 reps to my max set in weeks. Build a stronger foundation. Comment “hang” for the full protocol to maximise its effectiveness.
