as someone who works in concerts: at this point, water isn’t going to help. you need liquid IV/gatorade to help hydrate you. switch between drinking that and water will keep you good. this is because water doesn’t have sodium and your body needs sodium

Love all the people going onto the daisychains page and jumping down my throat because I criticize them for not being prepared. People were telling them a week ago that they needed more water stations, which they do, it takes over a half an hour to get hot water, and they should’ve had at least three or four large tens for the general admission people to sit under. Everybody’s crowding together in the little shade they can find.
