@yardiegyalqsine: I've made a lot of great things this month but I deff saved the best for last. Jamaican Rum Raisin Bread Pudding with Condensed Milk Sauce was so good the first bite turned into cleaning the plate. The sauce gives what if you wanted a spiceful low effort creme anglaise. Рецепт вкусного ужина ⬇️ «курица в соусе терияки и рис на гарнир» мой тг-канал 💟hhadi_food ингредиенты: ▫️куриное филе ▫️рис -2стакана (200мл) ▫️бульон-3стакана (200мл) ▫️кукуруза консервированная-по желанию ▫️специи-соль/перец/паприка ▫️чеснок -3зуб ▫️сливочное и растительное масло для панировки: ▫️яйцо-1шт ▫️мука -100гр ▫️кукурузный крахмал-100гр ▫️вода при необходимо для соуса: ▫️томатная паста-1ст.л ▫️соус терияки -2ст.л ▫️кетчуп -1ст.л 👩🏻‍🍳филе нарезать на маленькие кусочки,добавить специи,чеснок, хорошо перемешать 👩🏻‍🍳подготовить кляр: в миску разбить одно яйцо,добавить муку,крахмал,специи,при необходимости добавить чуть воды,консистенция должна получиться приближенная к сметане. 👩🏻‍🍳обжарить на растительном масле по 3-4 минуты с каждой стороны 👩🏻‍🍳подготовить соус,перелить в сковороду и добавить туда обжаренную курочку хорошо перемешать. 👩🏻‍🍳рис промыть под проточной водой по полупрозрачности. обжарить рис на сливочном и растительном масле несколько минут, залить бульоном,перемешать,убавить огонь и томить 25 минут, в конце добавить кукурузу,перемешать. 👩🏻‍🍳рис конечно нужно отварить заранее,после уже жарить филе. готовьте с удовольствием 🤍
