Lee Major and Farrah Fawxett attempted to purchase the property in the 1970's but the owner Rex Martin wouldn't sell it to them. the rumor back then was that Lee actually purchased it for Farrah but that wasnt true. Growing up everyone believed they owned it. No internet then to confirm or deny it.
