The sales come from having people to talk to. The appointments come from making the calls. The team production comes from developing agents. The recruiting comes from consistently putting the opportunity in front of people. And the business gets built by doing those things week after week after week. That’s why I’m such a believer in systems. LEADS → DIALS → APPOINTMENTS → SALES And if you want to build: RECRUIT → ACTIVATE → PRODUCE → DEVELOP → DUPLICATE I’m not looking for people who already know how to do all of this. I’m looking for people who are coachable and willing to learn the process.
