wanne bet if they were a big company things would have been handled VERY differently. smaller indie devs arent a threat to them (so they think) but if it was a bigger studio they would turn that shit around so quick cause they actually have money to sue, terms and conditions can be legally binding but there are a LOOOT of ways to overturn them with precedent
