Girl I promise it is just your OCD. you're spiraling. Talk to your therapist!!!! It's totally okay to think and see other humans and think "wow they're stunning" we, are constantly surrounded by nonstop overstimulation. Constantly seeing other people. Seeing models, insta, bodies, etc. what helps me the most is breaking the feedback loop. So I will be like "oh here's why I fell in love with my husband." Or match the intrusive thoughts too like "okay, no I love having sex with my husband. I don't want to have sex with anybody else. Period!" And then answer your question, why do I think that? Because your brain is overactive. That's all🫶🏼

Literally. It def shows how much I’m ego dystonic because I’m so afraid that me not being sexually attracted to women means I’m biphobic/homophobic but I know that I’m not. My brain needs to let me live in peace
