@coach_bridgetb: Phone calls can make communication harder to document. If important conversations are happening verbally, you may end up relying on your own notes to remember what was said. Written communication gives you something concrete you can go back to later. That’s one reason a court-approved communication platform can be useful. Messages are dated, organized, and easier to keep as part of your records. Until you have a different communication arrangement in place, you can keep your responses simple: “Please put that in writing and I’ll respond.” Then keep your own records of calls, messages, and anything else relevant. Stay consistent and avoid getting pulled into long phone conversations when written communication is available.
