As an older guy I will recommend you take your vacation time. Use it around those 3 and 4 day holidays Don't check your emails and answer calls. When you are off, you're off. You can't be the only capable person at your company that can answer questions. Why bank time if you might not live to use it. Keep working hard but set boundaries.
