@nyxgurl: Since a lot of you are interested on this apartment here’s a quick video showing the layout of the apartment. I occupied this unit for 2 years and 5 months. The Landlord is very kind and there’s also a tindahan below the unit. Laundry shop is just a few steps away and even water service.
