@roojithefoodie: This week I spent a few days in the Peak District working alongside the national farmer’s union education team to deliver my cake decorating workshop for their summer residential aimed at 14-15 year olds. Not only do I love working with Jennie & Josh but I absolutely loved teaching the kids. They were fun, creative and really brought the energy to the workshop. I taught them my Victoria sponge recipe which is the cake we made mini versions of in class (recipe available at roojithefoodie.com) The kids then devoured their mini cakes during their evening dinner & we packed a load of left over cake in boxes for everyone to munch on!
