UPS is horrendous. My company switched to FedEx for this reason.

This is such a real video… the way multi million dollar companies have sold out all of their 24/7 foreign call center employees. For Ai that barely gives you any real solution or help… I called for a pharmacy, a grocery store, a doctors office, and even AT&T and they all had Ai used in the first several seconds of the call. It wasn’t until I begged for a representative, that one or two could replace the Ai with a person. Most of them have no replacement just Ai, which you can either hang up on and go in person… which makes the phone service USELESS 🧍🏾♂️
