Unfortunately for me- when i was going through exactly that- there was no talk about narcissism. I went through all that having absolutely no idea what it was and thinking i was the only one in the world dealing with this type of next level hell. About 2-3 after i cut contact-i discovered that it is a thing and that sooo many ppl deal with exactly the same problem. So yes, everything you say here is 100% true. Every single thing. I know it from my own experience
