I think that’s what frustrates me and this is that a good investigation in this case should have involved Patrick as a person of interest so they could eliminate that alternative. Today I’ve been really stuck on how the timeline of watching Phone and watch data collected matches documented times with Patrick. I do investigations as part of my job and very rarely do to independent things from two different people timestamp at the same time or so closely. The time he leaves the house matches the time her phone is lost accessed with ID features. The watch comes off around the time of the email the surface pro. When he seen going in the CVS a flight upstairs is logged and again when he leaves CVS the phone logs another flight. That makes me wonder if he could’ve just had her phone the whole time and called it from his phone and then pulled her phone out to call himself back. Do we have it confirmed that device was in the house? And I say all that because one data point can make this all fit differently and I feel like we’re doing gymnastics to make the prosecution narrative fit and I feel like that’s a problem they should’ve seen. I never leave long posts like this, but it’s been just irritating me in the way that you articulated this phenomena about proving a circumstantial case.

I was chatting to hubby this morning about this over coffee, and I said the social impact this case has had needs to be studied. There have been thousands of mother-killers, and have been proven insane, but women have not really felt this passionate about their mental health, and we as women can’t all collectively be wrong on our intuition. Women have never supported women who were insane that killed their kids this much, and I think because collectively people don’t believe she did it! It’s quite fascinating.

Just saw some reporters describing the jury foreperson. A lady in her early 70’s who according to them looked like a MIT professor, very concentrated and taking notes all the time. We might have one of us in there haha

This case has brought in a lot of the ADHD and Autistic community, we have experience with social injustice, misdiagnosis, failed medication trials. A lot of us have a special interest in human behaviour. But most importantly,if it can happen to Lindsay, it can happen to anyone.

They never even ruled out an INTRUDER! They literally didn't investigate any other scenario other than it was Lindsay. Her own husband didn't even question if someone else did it!

Prior to this trial starting, I thought the prosecution had solid, direct evidence based on the high confidence in which the case was presented (and even reported in the news). But with each passing day, it became more apparent that this case is built on pretty weak circumstantial evidence. And the investigation?? Pretty much non- existent which was shocking to watch unfold. There is WAY too much reasonable doubt that she was the one who committed these crimes. I couldn't vote guilty if I were a juror.

What are the chances that the jury members do not realistically hear about any of the theories on socials during the weekend, or even from family members? Even by accident. All you need is to hear a perfusionist talk for 60seconds on the facts or see Patrick Said So Netflix trailer… Or am I just dreaming?

So many doubts in this case, I’m still hung up on the fact that they were able to resuscitate callen at like 640 which means it would’ve happened at like 610 the whole time I was just so confusing🫠
