it does work! But you need the receipt & original packaging! also some Lowe’s employees will get an attitude over it & not want to do it so be assertive! It’s their policy! (Idk why some employees care so much.)

I did this about a month ago on a pink dogwood tree I purchased and I got a total refund the tree was only about 3 months old. I do think they are changing their policy on the one year guarantee
