This is a great reminder that not every “bad idea” looks bad once the work starts taking shape. 🏠💯 I especially like the decision to preserve some of the bungalow’s character instead of trying to make it look like every other renovation. Now the real question is whether the final numbers justify the risk. That’s where the lesson gets interesting. 🌿📊
