Maybe try pate food if you haven't already? It's soft without being liquidy and it works great for my cat whose missing some teeth. (Not sure if it would work for a cat missing all teeth though.)

All of these comments talking about using a flat plate, but my senior cat also has little to no teeth and he just pushes his food straight off of a plate. He needs the lip of a bowl to help him eat 😂
